Your tasks:
- Management of operational and strategic purchasing
- Responsibility for leading contract and price negotiations in a national and international environment
- Ongoing evaluation and optimisation of existing purchasing processes, as well as ongoing risk evaluations and cost analyses
- Development and implementation of purchasing strategies to optimise procurement processes to save costs, including a focus on a long-term, efficient supplier structure
- Responsibility for supplier selection, evaluation and development
- Ensuring the availability of materials in close coordination with the Production department. Focus on a long-term and efficient supplier structure

- Securing material availability in close coordination with the production and logistics departments
- Leading and motivating the purchasing team and promoting individual development
Your profile:
- Completed technical or commercial training (HTL, HAK, etc.).)
- Academic education an advantage
- Multiple years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in a management position
- Outgoing personality with the ability to solve complex problems independently and proactively
- Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and a high degree of initiative
- Business fluent in German and English

An annual salary of € 75.000.00 gross is envisaged for this position. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
