Your tasks:
- Teaching practical and theoretical basics as well as the necessary legal regulations (occupational safety, ...)
- Professional instruction of apprentices in the execution of the activities of the respective apprenticeship (metal technology, metalworking, electrical engineering, painting technology) in coordination with the specialist departments
- Planning, coordination and documentation of training and close cooperation with our specialist departments and the vocational school
- Conception of seminars/workshops, training and further education measures as well as development and creation of work and training materials
- Absolute role model function and supervision or Accompanying apprentices on their way to becoming independent specialists
- Supporting the selection process for apprentices and exchanging experience and information with other companies and institutions in the field of apprenticeship training
Your profile:
- Completed technical training in mechatronics, electronics or metalworking (apprenticeship, foreman, ...).)
- Trainer examination / trainer course or willingness to take it
- Professional experience in the field of apprenticeship training
- Significant ability to work in a team and social skills
- independent way of working
- Positive and goal-oriented interaction with young people
- Sure handling of MS Office and MS Teams

A gross salary of 3.300,- Euro is planned. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
