Electrical engineers plan, build, install, maintain and repair electrical and electronic devices and systems. This includes lighting and illumination systems, electrical appliances, building automation, power generation and distribution systems, production systems and production lines amoung others. You will find faults and malfunctions in electrical systems, rectify them and pay attention to safety regulations and environmental standards. At Gföllner, you will work on exciting projects and be involved every day in the development of innovative and sustainable solutions.

Apprenticeship period:

3.5 years

As a metal technician, everything revolves around metals, machines and tools. Some of your tasks include processing metals to create components, semi-finished and finished products. Furthermore, you will design, manufacture and build these components and products. You will also monitor and control automated production systems and machines. Metal technicians use hand tools and computer-controlled systems to process various metals, sometimes also plastics and other materials. You will use various techniques, such as forging, welding, bending, bonding and machining.

Apprenticeship period: 3.5 years

As a paint technician, you will paint machine parts, vehicles and equipment. You ensure that the surfaces are properly cleaned, filling, sanded and primed before painting. Painting protects the products from rust and other external influences and makes for a good look. At our company, you will work with state-of-the-art technology and innovative processes to achieve perfect results every time.

Apprenticeship period: 3 years

Metal technicians are responsible for working metal - by hand or with machines. They also assemble entire assemblies from individual parts. You process metals and assemblies, for example for building constructions made of sheet metal, pipes, aluminium parts and plastics. You apply a wide variety of techniques such asfiling, drilling, welding, turning, heat treatment and much more. With these techniques you will produce, for instance, railings, stairs and steel structures. You will use hand tools and computer-controlled systems to produce precise components and ensure that all parts are fitted accurately.

As an industrial clerk, you will learn a versatile and demanding profession in the commercial sector. The apprenticeship is perfect for the requirements of a modern industrial company. During your training at Gföllner, you will learn a great deal about business administration and organisation. This includes, for example, telephone and email correspondence, office organisation, purchasing, warehouse logistics and marketing. You will work in a dynamic environment in which you can develop your skills and gain valuable practical experience.
