Your tasks:
- Analysis of existing production and logistics processes and identification of optimisation potential
- Design of workstations, operating resources and workflows and processes in the shop floor area
- Promotion of a LEAN culture through the application of lean methods, Implementation and planning of workshops/training courses
- Active promotion and support of shop floor management and CIPs in the area of production/logistics
- Project management in the production and logistics environment (investments, operating resources, ...).)
Your profile:
- Completed technical training (foreman, HTL, FH - e.g. industrial engineer or similar).e.g. industrial engineer or similar.)
- Multi-year professional experience in an industrial company as well as experience in lean management and process optimisation
- Experience in the optimisation and design of work systems and processes in the manufacturing industry
- REFA or MTM training is an advantage but not mandatory
- High self-motivation to drive topics forward as well as assertiveness and tenacity
- Good project management, ERP and Office skills (especially Excel)

For this position, a gross salary of 4.000,- Euro is planned. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications
