Labour Technician with Lean Management experience (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Analysis of existing production and logistics processes and identification of optimisation potential
• Design of workstations, operating resources and workflows and processes in the shop floor area
• Promotion of a LEAN culture through the application of lean methods, Implementation and planning of workshops/training courses
• Active promotion and support of shop floor management and CIPs in the area of production/logistics
• Project management in the production and logistics environment (investments, operating resources, ...).)

Your profile:

• Completed technical training (foreman, HTL, FH - e.g. industrial engineer or similar).e.g. industrial engineer or similar.)
• Multi-year professional experience in an industrial company as well as experience in lean management and process optimisation
• Experience in the optimisation and design of work systems and processes in the manufacturing industry
• REFA or MTM training is an advantage but not mandatory
• High self-motivation to drive topics forward as well as assertiveness and tenacity
• Good project management, ERP and Office skills (especially Excel)
