Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the operational planning and control of customer/production orders across all operational areas of the company
- Ensuring the timely provision of materials and resources (quantities and requirement dates)
- Responsibility for the planning and production data in the ERP system
- Leading and further developing the planning and control team
- Developing strategic planning processes with regard to a cost-efficient and timely production.system
- Management and further development of the planning and control team
- Development of strategic planning processes with regard to cost-efficient and on-time production
- Central contact person for deadlines along the value chain - close cooperation with the Sales, PM, Engineering, Production, Purchasing and Logistics
- Securing the relevant data for planning meetings (capacity forecast, bottlenecks, ...).)
Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical training such as.B. HTL/FH (Operation Management/SCM) or equivalent previous knowledge
- Multiple years of professional experience in production planning and/or work preparation
- In-depth knowledge of production and SCM processes and a good understanding of the challenges of industrial manufacturing
- Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and a high degree of initiative
- Confident handling of ERP systems, very good MS Office knowledge (Excel)
- Business fluent in German and English

An annual salary from € 65.000 gross for this position. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
