Your tasks:
- Leading and developing the design team (approx. 15 people)
- Responsibility for planning and controlling budgets and resources
- Optimising design processes, ensuring efficient and innovative workflows, continuous improvement of design techniques and methods
- Collaboration with other departments such as development, production and quality assurance
- Regular coordination with technical management and reporting on the progress of projects and strategic goals
Your profile:
- Completed technical studies (eg. FH, Uni etc.
- Several years of design and management experience
- Experience in working with 3D CAD systems
- Outgoing personality with the ability to solve complex problems independently and proactively
- Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and a high degree of initiative
- Business fluent in German and English

An annual salary of € 80.000.00 gross is planned for this position. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
