Your tasks:
- Leading and developing the approx. 50-strong technical team
- Supervision and support of complex technical projects from planning to implementation, adherence to time and budget
- Determination and implementation of the strategic direction of the technical department, continuous optimisation of technical processes and resource utilisation
- Collaboration with other departments such as development, production and quality assurance
- Regular coordination with the management and reporting on the progress of projects and strategic goals
Your profile:
- Completed technical studies (eg. FH, Uni etc. )
- Multiple years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Outgoing personality with the ability to solve complex problems independently and proactively
- Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and a high degree of initiative
- Business fluent in German and English

An annual salary of € 100.000.00 gross is planned for this position. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
