Your tasks:
- Proactively support and optimise our company-specific specialist applications
- Analyse and rectify faults and carry out updates and rollouts
- Collaborate closely with the specialist departments to identify requirements and optimise applications
- Coordinate with the server and infrastructure team, to develop and implement technical solutions
- Creation and maintenance of VDI images and collaboration in the design and optimisation of the VDI process
- Collaboration in IT projects, e.g. B. Introduction of new software, VDI optimisations or system conversions
Your profile:
- Completed training in the IT sector and relevant professional experience in the field of application support
- Relevant professional experience in the support of applications and ideally in dealing with virtual desktop solutions (VDI)
- Knowledge of common programming languages and databases is an advantage
- Founded understanding of Windows systems, network basics and databases
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to communicate technical issues in an understandable way
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and a service-oriented mindset
- Good written and spoken German and English skills

A gross salary of 3.300,- Euro for this position. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
