Your tasks:
- Analysis of existing production workflows/processes and identification of optimisation potential
- Design of workstations, operating resources and workflows and processes in the shop floor area in accordance with 5S specifications
- Promotion of a LEAN culture through the application of lean methods, Implementation and planning of workshops/training courses
- Active promotion and support of shop floor management and CIPs in the area of production/logistics
- Project management in the production environment (investments, operating resources, ...)
- Support with projects relating to occupational safety (operating instructions, health and safety documents, layouts, etc.).Similar) in cooperation with the HSE Manager
- Active support of the managers on the shop floor with regard to 5S, Lean & occupational safety
- Collaboration/execution of internal audits (safety, 5S)
Your profile:
- Completed higher technical school education (HTL) or completed technical vocational training with foreman examination or similar.Ä.
- Professional experience in lean management and occupational safety, preferably in a production environment
- Fundamental understanding and great interest in occupational safety, lean and 5S as well as project management
- Experience with ERP systems (warehouse and materials management) an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills

For this position, a gross salary of 4.000,- Euro is planned for this position. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
