Your tasks:

  • Development and implementation of strategies for process and workflow improvement along the entire value chain (sales to delivery)
  • Development and coordination of a project matrix to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality in all operational areas
  • Coordination of cross-divisional and cross-location teams (sales, engineering, production, logistics, purchasing, HR, IT, ...) to analyse existing processes, identify weaknesses and develop necessary solutions

  • Analysis and optimisation of existing processes using methods such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, SCRUM or similar agile methods

  • Monitoring of change/improvement through an effective key performance indicator system
  • Support in change management and monitoring of the various areas in terms of an OPEX culture

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, SCM, operations management, or similar
  • Multi-year (min. 5-7 years) of professional experience in process management, lean, OPEX - leadership experience in a manufacturing company in the area of operations management desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of lean management, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes and operations and strategic thinking
  • Communication skills, to convey changes and improvements in the company
  • Sophisticated analytical skills, structured working methods and hands-on mentality
  • Sure handling of MS Office and experience in working with ERP systems
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills

For this position, a gross salary of 4.500,- Euro is planned for this position. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
