Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for the cross-location optimisation and further development of processes and interfaces.
- You will ensure the smooth operational handling of daily processes at the site.
- You work closely with the management team in Austria and the GF in CZ and ensure that our quality and production standards are met.
- You support the implementation of processes and adapt them to local conditions as required.
- You recognise potential for improvement and implement measures to increase efficiency.
- You are the communicative interface between the team in the Czech Republic and the head office in Austria.
Your profile:
- Completed technical and/or commercial training
- Practical experience in process planning and optimisation, ideally in a production company
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills - knowledge of Czech is an advantage
- Solution-oriented working style, personal responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel (Regular commuting between the Czech Republic and Austria. Stay in CZ three to four days per week, AT one to two days per week)

For this position, a gross annual salary of 80.000,- Euro is planned. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
