Site Manager for our location in Rozvadov/CZ (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for the cross-location optimisation and further development of processes and interfaces.
• You will ensure the smooth operational handling of daily processes at the site.
• You work closely with the management team in Austria and the GF in CZ and ensure that our quality and production standards are met.
• You support the implementation of processes and adapt them to local conditions as required.
• You recognise potential for improvement and implement measures to increase efficiency.
• You are the communicative interface between the team in the Czech Republic and the head office in Austria.

Your profile:

• Completed technical and/or commercial training
• Practical experience in process planning and optimisation, ideally in a production company
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills - knowledge of Czech is an advantage
• Solution-oriented working style, personal responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel (Regular commuting between the Czech Republic and Austria. Stay in CZ three to four days per week, AT one to two days per week)
