Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsible for incoming goods, warehouse, internal logistics, shipping and packaging
• Responsibility for stock levels and annual inventory
• Optimising and ensuring ideal production supply and warehousing
• Organisational development through competence building in the area of logistics
• Cooperation with all interfaces in daily business (purchasing, AV, production, ...)
• Application and implementation of lean management methods in the area of logistics
• Manage all internal logistics processes with the aim of increasing effectiveness and reducing operating costs
• Strategic development of the logistics department, optimisation of logistics processes and material flow, implementation of new solutions
• Evaluation of logistical KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
• Responsible for the further development and handling of all logistical processes as an interface in the plant network between Austria and Czech Republic

Your profile:

• Completed education (Matura, foreman, studies) ideally in the field of logistics
• In-depth know-how regarding logistics & warehouse in a production company
• Proactive and independent way of working
• Communication and assertiveness skills and team player
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset
• fact-based approach as well as high target and solution orientation
• Good MS Office skills, experience in working with ERP systems (SAGE) an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English skills (knowledge of German is an advantage)
