Group Leader Steel Construction (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Managing, organising and coordinating the teams and shifts in the steel construction area
• Predictive Management, organisation and coordination of teams and shifts in the area of steel construction
• Predictive planning of personnel capacities and material requirements
• Supervision and quality assurance of all welding and steel construction work in accordance with standards and norms
• Ensuring production deadlines and quality
• Interface and contact person for adjacent areas (parts production, assembly, painting, AV, logistics, technology, ...)
• Optimising and improving the area includingA. through shop floor management and CIP methods
• Tracking the required key figures
• Compliance with occupational safety regulations

Your profile:

• Completed master craftsman examination in the field of welding/steel construction or similar.ä. Training (e.g. HTL)
• At least 5-8 years of professional experience in a comparable (management) function in the field of steel construction/welding/metal processing (IWS an advantage)
• In-depth technical expertise in complex welding and steel construction processes
• Organisational skills, leadership skills and strong communication skills
• High level of initiative, reliability and structured way of working
• Experience in working with ERP systems as well as essential IT tools
• Very good written and spoken German. Knowledge of English an advantage
