Your tasks:
- Responsible for the design, creation and implementation of versatile personnel development projects with plenty of room for your own ideas and initiatives
- Organisation and implementation of targeted training and further education measures for managers and employees
- Planning and coordination of employee appraisals and feedbacksessions
- Creating job descriptions and the associated qualification matrix
- Supporting and actively developing our e-learning system
- Analysing current and future qualification needs in collaboration with the department heads
Your profile:
- Completed studies with a focus on human resources (psychology, education, business administration) or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in personnel development, ideally in an industry-related environment
- Experience in the conception and implementation of digital learning formats
- Fluent written and spoken German and English

A gross salary of 3.800,- Euro is planned. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
