Your tasks:
- Leading and coordinating the team in the development and creation of test standards and test plans
- Responsibility for the execution and monitoring of product tests
- Leading and supporting the team during customer acceptances of our international projects
- Creating final acceptance and handover documentation in compliance with high quality standards
- Managing complaint processing and coordination with suppliers and customers

Your profile:
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, foreman, etc.).)
- Multi-year professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in a management position
- Proven experience in the acceptance and defect management processes
- Strong team orientation and leadership skills
- Analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Sure handling of MS-Office and common quality management systems
- Very good written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness

For this position, a gross salary of 4.500,- Euro is planned for this position. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
